No Refund & Courtesy Fix Policy All services are final. No refunds are provided on services already rendered. Clients are required to inspect their nails before leaving the salon. If any changes or adjustments are needed, they must be discussed at the time of the appointment so they can be addressed when possible. As a courtesy, Lina the Nail Fairy offers a 24-hour fix policy for issues related to the service provided (such as lifting or chipping). This courtesy fix: • Must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment • Is valid one time only • Does not apply to damage caused by improper aftercare, accidents, or normal wear and tear After 48 hours, all repairs will be considered a paid service. Refusal of Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or policy violations.

Deposits A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and/or require a new deposit for future bookings
Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or shortened depending on availability.
No-Shows No-show appointments will result in forfeited deposits and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
